WHY: To recognize approximately 100 ROTC Cadets and Midshipmen from Michigan Universities for their outstanding accomplishments.

ATTIRE: Business Attire (Black Tie Optional)

TICKETS: For parents or other family members of Cadets/Midshipmen, $70 per person or $90 for all other individual tickets.
