All Inclusive Pricing :

$200 per person

(Includes all events, 2 welcome reception drink tickets, Chuckwagon stampede social with Grandstand Show, Trip down memory lane, Tailgate lunch,

Skate with the Greats and Sportsperson Dinner).

A la Carte Pricing:

Registration and payment for separate events required.

Chuckwagon Stampede Social: $60pp

Sportsperson Dinner: $200pp / $100 Kids Under 12, Children Under 5 Free / $1200 per table of 8

Tailgate Lunch & Skate with the Greats $15

A Room block has been reserved at the Sheraton Eau Claire Hotel. Room rates are $399 (Thurs/Friday) $299 (Saturday) (plus applicable taxes) per night.

Thursday July 11th/24

8pm: Welcome Reception / Alberta Alumni Pub Night

(Local Public Eatery, 201 Barclay Parade SW)

Friday July 12th/24

**9am: Pancake Breakfast

**6:30pm: ChuckWagon Stampede Social (Based on Availability)

This event includes: Admission to the Stampede Grounds, Seating In the Grandstand, Chuckwagon Races and Evening Show.

Saturday July 13th/24

**11:30am: Tailgate Lunch (Flames Community Arena Parking Lot)

**1pm to 4pm: ‘Skate with the Greats’ - Pick-up game and free skate (Flames Community Arena) Open to all Hounds, Alumni, Family, Friends and Prospective ND students.

**6pm: Sportsperson Dinner / Dance (Ticket fundraising dinner)

*A portion of funds raised from this event will go towards the

Jeff Batters Bursary at Notre Dame.

Sunday July 14th/24

**(Optional) Farewell Breakfast (Flower and Wolf Restaurant)
