About this Event

Join us for a lap of West Park, meeting at the Albert Road at 10.30am and followed by an optional visit to a local cafe. Suitable for parents and carers of babies up to pre-schoolers, and expecting parents.

Led by NCT volunteers, our NCT Walk and Talk groups give new and expectant parents the opportunity to:

• get outdoors with their babies on a safe and accessible route

• improve their mental health and wellbeing

• make new friends and feel part of a community
