About this Event

NCT Stratford-Upon-Avon and District Walk & Talk

Led by NCT volunteers, our NCT Walk and Talk groups give new and expectant parents the opportunity to:

· get outdoors with their babies on a safe and accessible route

· improve their mental health and wellbeing

· make new friends and feel part of a community

We meet at 10:30am on Fridays for a 45-60 minute walk around the recreation ground. The meeting place is outside the RSC theatre steps, Waterside. New faces are always welcomed, no previous links with NCT required.
