For sellers
Our seller registration fee is £5 and includes 100 labels.
When you are allocated a seller place we will email with a link to our new barcode label system, a quick and easy system that will help you create your labels which you will then be able to download and attach to your items. If you have used this system with NCT Leighton Buzzard before you can reuse labels attached to unsold items from previous sales if you are resubmitting the same item.
You will need to drop your labelled items to us at the Vandyke Schoo on Saturday 14th November between 9.45 - 10.15 and pick up unsold items between 4.30 - 4.45 after the sale. Unfortunately we are not able to donate unsold items and do not have capacity to store these.
We ask for all sellers to try their best to commit to helping for the last helper shift so that we have all hands on deck to sort unsold items quickly.
NCT takes 40% commission on all sold items. However if you sign up to help this can be reduced to 20% depending on the number of shifts you help with.

For Volunteers
If you are a seller, commission is reduced by 5% for each helper shift you sign up for (Max 4). So by helping at the sale you can increase your takings by 20%, as well as having a fun day supporting the work of NCT.
Slot 1: Saturday morning set up 8:45 - 9:45 - this shifts involves lifting equipment.
Slot 2: Saturday morning item sorting 10.30 - 12:00.
Slot 3: Sale 13:00 - 15:00.
Slot 4: Sorting 14:45 - 16:45 (all sellers are encouraged to attend if able).
