Prominent among the various initiatives undertaken by HSBC and NCPA is ‘Support to Guru-Shishya Tradition’ program. The NCPA HSBC Promising Artistes Series has been launched to offer a performance opportunity to the beneficiaries of this program as well as young promising artistes from the music fraternity.

Pavan Zodage comes with an MA in music (pakhwaj). For the past 15 years, he has trained under many gurus – Govind Bhilare, Yuvraj Deshmukh, Omakr Dalvi and Umesh Moghe. Over the year, Zodage has won multiple accolades such as a first prize in National Youth Festival in Punjab, a first prize in state level Utkarsh Festival as a solo artiste, a second prize in state level Tal Vadya Spardha (Maharashtra-Goa State Online), a third prize in Vasant Rao Ghorpadkar Punyasmaran and was awarded the Bhimsen Joshi Scholarship by the Maharastra government in 2023.

Kshitija Sahasrabuddhe started learning Hindustani Classical music from the age of seven and under Renukadas Takalhar in Parbhani followed by Sachin Nevpurkar. Inspired by the Gwalior galyaks, she learnt more from Vidushi Shubhadatai Paradkar, a maestro of Aagra, Gwalior and Jaipur gharana and has continued her training to learn all aspects of Gwalior gaayaki even more. Sahasrabuddhe has also been taking the light music training from Vishwanath Oak and Endranil Oak and thus won Youth festival Prizes in 2017 and 2018 in the classical, semi-classical and light music categories.
Her achievements range from the Sangeet Alankar award, multiple state level competitions and was also selected at the National level of Balashree Award for Creative Performance Category.
She has also participated in different activities for All India Radio, performed alongside Shridhar Phadke in Geetramayan, among others. She also conducts workshops for children.
