NCHS Dance Workshop 2025

What's included? Your dancer will participate in our Spring Workshop from 8:30am-1:00pm where they will learn a dance, play games, make friends and make memories! All of the participants will receive a t-shirt to wear during their performance at our 2025 Spring Show on March 20th!

W hat you need to know for the Workshop on 3/15:

Ages: Pre-k through 8th grade

Cost? $30 now until March 9th. Tickets will become $35 after March 8th

What if I don't register online? Tickets will also be sold at the door for $35 (cash or check only, at this time we cannot accept credit cards)

Check In: Begins at 8am and will end at 8:30am

What to wear: Anything the dancer feels comfortable dancing in such leggings, shorts, or athletic pants. Dancers will need either tennis shoes or dance shoes (jazz shoes/pirouettes) for dancing, please no open toe shoes.

Where do we go? You will park in the front of NCHS and drop off your dancer inside at the Main Gym entrance for check in

3/15 Performance: There will be a short showoff performance in the NCHS Main Gym at 1pm to show parents/guardians the routine! We encourage you to video so the dancers can practice before the Spring Show on 3/20. All dancers will be picked up after the showoff performance.

What about lunch?: You can choose to bring a sack lunch or you can purchase our pre-ordered lunch option! The NCHS Dance Teams Booster Club will be offering a pre-ordered lunch consisting of pizza, a cookie, and a drink for $10. What you need to know for the Spring Show on 3/20:

Cost? Dancers will get in FREE to the show! Any family/friends attending will need to purchase a ticket to the show. Tickets can be purchased online for $10 at - Tickets will go on sale on March 10th. Information on ticket sales to come.

Where do we go? You will arrive at the New Caney HS Main Gym just like on 3/15! Dancers will check in with the New Caney Dance Teams once inside the Main Gym.

What do the dancers wear? Once dancers receive their shirt from the Booster Club table they will change into it! Dancers can wear any bottoms and shoes as long as they can dance in them.
