The North County African American Women’s Association is thrilled to celebrate the legacy of our organization, which has tirelessly championed mentoring, life skills development, conferences, and scholarships—all designed to uplift women and girls to reach their fullest potential. Our mission remains strong: to build an inspired network of leaders committed to empowering, inspiring, and engaging women and girls across San Diego’s North County. During the conference, you'll experience the charisma of Emmy Award-winning actress and philanthropist Jackée Harry, renowned for her roles in "227" and "Sister, Sister." Our Mistress of Ceremonies, Elaine Swann, founder and CEO of The Swann School of Protocol, will guide us through a day filled with inspiration, powerful workshops, shopping with exceptional vendors, and more.
