Welcome to the NCAPHNA 2026 Annual Conference registration site! Please join us on Thursday, November 12 & Friday, November 13, 2026 at the Embassy Suites Crabtree Raleigh for an event filled with networking, learning & fun. Our event will kick off at 7:30 AM on Thursday and will feature insightful speakers, interactive workshops, engaging topics, and valuable resources for public health nurse administrators. Registration includes breakfast and lunch on 11/12, and breakfast on 11/13. Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect with industry experts and expand your knowledge in the field. NCAPHNA is pleased to inform registrants that they are working in partnership with the Public Health Nursing Institute for Continuing Excellence to offer continuing nursing education contact hours during the conference. The Public Health Nursing Institute for Continuing Excellence is approved as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the North Carolina Nurses Association, an approver of continuing nursing education accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

The Embassy Suites Raleigh/Crabtree offers guests many amenities. The venue is conveniently located just minutes from Crabtree Valley Mall and downtown Raleigh.
