About this Event

This one‑day training programme from the National Breast Imaging Academy is designed for mammographers, radiographers, assistant practitioners and mammography associates. The course explores key themes shaping contemporary breast imaging practice, including health inequalities, neurodiversity and inclusive approaches to care.

Participants will also examine the impact of Cancer Screening Improvement Leads on breast screening uptake in Manchester, alongside workforce models, CPD and accreditation . Additional sessions focus on image assessment and opportunities for contributing to global health through overseas volunteering.
