We are back for our third year and have continued to listen to your feedback to bring the best experience possible. We have adjusted our categories around a little and have included a Masters 40+ category to futher expand a way of providing a route into strongwoman for amateur athletes in competitions created with female competitors in mind.
Beginners - This class is aimed at athletes who have been training for no more than a year, within any strength sport.
Amateurs One - This is for athletes who have been competing within strength sports for longer then a year or who competed in "first-timers/beginners" competitions previously.
Amateurs Two - This is for athletes who have previously competed in Novice or have been regulary competing within strength sports.
Experienced - For athletes who have podiumed in a novice category previously and looking to challange themselves and step up.
Masters 40+ Strictly for athletes over the age of 40.
4 Qualifiers will be taking place with the top 4 from each category going forward to the final to be held later in the year. We also have a guest place for the winners of Spartans Strongest Woman. If a qualified athlete is unable to accept their place roll down spots will be offered from that qualifier.

Register from 08:30, Athlete Brief at 09:15 first event start at 10am.
Max competitor numbers are limited to 15 per category.
Event 1 -15" Axle deadlift for reps in 60s, No suits, straps allowed.
B - 80kg
A1 -120kg
A2 - 150kg
E - 170kg
40+ - 130kg
Event 2 - Axle into log, max reps in 60s, alternating reps.
B - 30kg Axle / 30kg log
A1 - 40kg / 35kg
A2 - 55kg / 45kg
E - 60kg / 55kg
40+ - 55kg / 45kg
Event 3 - Sandbag over yoke into walk. Carry Sandbag 10m, load over yoke then carry Yoke back 10m repeat for another round.
B - 40kg sandbag / 100kg Yoke
A1 - 50kg / 140kg
A2 - 60kg / 160kg
E - 70kg / 180kg
40+ - 60kg / 150kg
Event 4 - Farmers walk - fastest time 20m with a 10m drop and turn.
B- 45kg per hand
A1 - 60kg
A2 - 75kg
E - 90kg
40+ - 75kg
Event 5 - Stone over 1.2m Yoke max reps in 60s.
B - 40kg
A1 - 50kg
A2 - 60kg
E - 80kg
40+ - 50kg
