Event Policy / Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, all guests agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Policy:
All tickets are non-refundable.
A valid photographic ID is required upon entry to verify your e-ticket and age. Acceptable forms of ID include valid passports, driving licenses, or pass cards.
Under 5 years old child entry free. However Age proof must be required for child tickets.
E-tickets can not be resold on secondary markets. Tickets found to be resold will be canceled without refund and entry to the event will be denied.
If the event is cancelled due to any reason only the face value of the e-ticket (excluding booking fees and card charges) will be refunded at the point of sale.
The organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged e-tickets and reserve the right to refuse admission.
2. Dress Policy:
Traditional dress must be wearing.
3. Entry Policy:
Please arrive early to allow time for parking, ticket verification, and entry.
Limited paid car parking available at location.
Re-entry is not permitted, including access to vehicles.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or evict a ticket holder if they do not comply with entry conditions, behave in a threatening manner, or refuse to be searched if there is reasonable suspicion of a crime. Items deemed dangerous or disruptive by the organizers may be confiscated. In cases involving illegal substances or other criminal activity, the police will be notified.
No refunds will be given if entry is refused or if a ticket holder is evicted due to behavior that compromises the safety or enjoyment of others.
4. Food Policy:
Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
5. Alcohol/Drug Policy:
This is Religious Event so any person attempting to enter the festival under the influence of drugs/alcohol/legal or illegal highs will be refused entry. Consumption of these listed substance during festival is strictly prohibited.
6. Photography & Recording Policy:
This event may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. By attending, you grant the event organisers and affiliated parties the right to record your likeness and voice as part of the audience, and to use such recordings in any and all media.
These terms are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all guests. Thank you for your cooperation.
