Navigating Within

We are thrilled to invite you to the launch of "Navigating Within", a transformative four-part program specifically designed for young women to take control of their health before pregnancy. This initiative is brought to you by InoarG, NyNi Inc., Kettering Health, National Institute for Children's Health Quality, Mortar, Cradle Cincinnati, and Ohio Collaborative to Prevent Infant Mortality (OCPIM).

Our goal is to move the needle from reactive healthcare to proactive wellness. By providing education and support early on, we aim to empower participants with the knowledge and confidence to lead healthier lives long before they consider starting a family.

Throughout this series, we will focus on five essential areas of well-being:

• Nutrition: Fueling your body for long-term health.
• Mental Health & Emotional Regulation: Developing the tools to navigate life’s internal and external stresses.
• Self-Advocacy: Learning how to find your voice and take charge of your medical care.
• Reproductive Literacy: Understanding your body and your choices.
• Physical Health: Building a strong foundation through active living.
