Navigating Trauma: All About Self-Care
This workshop is a direct response to the most earnest questions asked during our first Navigating Trauma Workshop on May 23, 2026. How do I heal? How do I forgive? How do I get rid of this rage? How do I move forward?
All About Self-Care will explore ways to soothe and heal yourself from various impacts of trauma.
“Trauma” is an overwhelming, perhaps incomprehensible, wound, shock, injury or violation that's difficult to process emotionally, psychologically or physically. This workshop will walk you through proceses and practices to reduce the weight of traumatic burdens so you no longer feel bound or overwhelmed.
Our self-care practices are selected to help you help yourself over time. To get you to a point of actively nurturing yourself with grace.
The All About Self-Care Workshop will provide space for thinking, sharing, and writing excercises to work through personal barriers.
