About this Event
Yasmin Mogahed is an American Islamic educator and motivational speaker. Her undergraduate degree in psychology and master’s degree in journalism and counseling psychology has allowed her to captivate audiences around the world with her unique Islamic perspectives on spirituality, relationships, psychology, and personal development. She is the first female instructor at the Al Maghrib Institute, and currently writes for The Huffington Post. The topic of Yasmin Mogahed’s Canadian 2024 tour will explore how Muslims should navigate the current state of the Ummah through an Islamic lens. With the wisdom of her knowledge and teachings in psychology and journalism, and the current dire circumstances faced by our Ummah, you don’t want to miss this enlightening event. The events will take place in five Canadian cities:
- Montreal, Quebec - Friday November 15th
- Ottawa, Ontario - Saturday November 16th
- Toronto, Ontario - Sunday November 17th
- Saskatoon, Saskatchewan - Wednesday November 20th
- Edmonton, Alberta - Friday, November 22nd

Ticket/Check-In:
No ticket is required for children 4 years and under. Seating is reserved for ticket holders only. Doors open at 6:00 PM. Please ensure you have your e-ticket or printed ticket with QR or scan code, for the check-in process.
Seat Allocation: Seats will be seperated by gender. All tickets are available on a first come, first serve basis (for each section), for all seats that are open and not pre-reserved by the organizer.
Seats are not assigned by the Penny Appeal Events Team. Seating is reserved for ticket holders only.

Refunds/Transfers:
Tickets can be transferred to an event in another city or exchanged between ticket tiers. Note; there may be a change in cost which is payable by the purchaser at time of transfer via Eventbrite.
Refunds can be requested through Eventbrite before Wednesday November 16th, 2024.
