Do you have a disabled child, a neurodivergent child, or a child with a health impairment? Learn more about what supports are available and how to access them.

Learning about disability support services can feel overwhelming for many parents and caregivers. This workshop is designed to guide you through the supports available in your region, while also offering the chance to hear directly from professionals working within the disability support sector.

There have been many changes to disability support funding recently. It can be difficult to know how you can use supports such as Carer Support hours, or what funding your family might be entitled to.

This informal workshop is facilitated by Sarah McLarin from Parent to Parent and will include presentations from Richard Gould, Team Leader, Nelson Needs Assessment Service (NASC), and Shanna Robb, Health and Disability Advisor at the Ministry of Social Development.

Click on the ticket to RSVP.

Lunch will be provided. This workshop is free! Thanks to funding from Care Matters.
