Additionally, we will discuss the importance of language in shaping the grief experience and explore self-care strategies for both clients and clinicians navigating the complexities of loss.
This interactive workshop will combine evidence-based insights, real-world case studies, and guided discussions to equip mental health professionals, spiritual leaders, and caregivers with the knowledge and tools to better support those who are grieving.

- Analyze the impact of language on grief experiences and explore strategies for fostering a more supportive and inclusive dialogue around grief.
- Evaluate the psychological and physiological effects of grief on mental health, including its relationship to depression, anxiety, and trauma.
- Identify and interpret behavioral manifestations of grief across different populations and developmental stages.
- Develop practical tools and interventions for clinicians to effectively support grieving clients in therapeutic settings.
