Jonah Greenbaum Shinder is a business consultant and entrepreneur specializing in the Food and Beverage sector, focusing on fermentation, upcycling, and beverages. As the founder of JKGS Consulting Group, Jonah has successfully raised over $260,000 in loans and grants to support innovative ventures. With a Master of Business in Entrepreneurship and Technology from the University of Waterloo’s Conrad School of Entrepreneurship and Business, Jonah combines academic excellence with hands-on experience to drive business growth and development.
Before founding JKGS Consulting, Jonah worked for 5+ years at Escarpment Labs, where they spearheaded the development of the Homebrew department and Food Fermentation department, utilizing diverse fermentation products such as miso, shoyu, beer, wine, and sake, increasing departmental revenue by 300% over three years.
