La Leche League Leaders are carefully screened, experienced breast and chest feeding parent volunteers, trained to provide accurate information & emotional support to breastfeeding and chestfeeding families.The LLLC Ottawa South East Group Leader will be at the Don Read Playroom during "Baby&Me" Playgroup on the 4th Thursday of the month to answer your questions about breastfeeding / chestfeeding, nutrition and weaning.
Should you want a private conversation with the La Leche League Leader about your infant feeding concerns, the Community Office adjoining the playroom will be available.
Any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19 or other respiratory illnesses. LLLC cannot guarantee that you or your children will not be exposed to these viruses. You are welcome to wear a mask for added protection. If you do not feel comfortable attending in-person, please join one of the LLLC online meetings or use the “Ask a Leader” function on our website.
To minimize the risk to others, we ask that you stay home if you or your child is ill.
Many people at our meetings, including babies and toddlers, belong to vulnerable populations.
