About this Event
The funding landscape is shifting, often unpredictably, and arts leaders are being asked to do more with less, faster and smarter. This peer convening creates space to unpack those pressures together.
Participants are invited to share current organizational challenges related to fundraising, development, and revenue generation, and to collectively explore strategies for sustainability. The focus is not on one single “right” approach, but on surfacing resources, lessons learned, and possibilities that emerge from shared experience.
Conversation will be shaped by participant input and may touch on:
- Grant prospecting and writing tools
- Donor research, engagement, and stewardship
- Cross-institutional partnerships and shared resourcing
- Diversifying and stabilizing revenue streams
This peer-learning space will be led by Constanza Mendoza, Terra Cotta Strategies.
