About this Event
Hello human,
You are going through a transitional phase in your life? Work, relationships, parenting, health, housing, loss...?
Unsure what to do about it, or how to move through the feelings and uncertainty that are coming up?
This coaching workshop is for you!
Life is a constantly changing. But sometimes in life, there are periods of transitions that feel too big and uncertain.
We will create a safe space for you to come exactly as you are and share with others what you are going through. You will both give and receive support and ideas in a small group.
In this workshop, we will:
- bring context and theory about managing transitions and uncertainty
- come up with effective strategies to cope with transitional phases
- become aware of potential pitfalls
- share your personal transitions, be heard and seen, and receive coaching
- listen to other peoples' lives and hold space
- practice anchoring deep trust and faith for your life unfolding
Outcomes you can expect:
- tangible tips and ideas to go through your transitional phase
- feeling of not being alone
- a sense of hope, inner trust and relief
- steps for your forward momentum
- feeling of coming back to the driver seat of your life
Who is this for?
All humans. All nationalities, bodies, and sexual orientations are welcome. Come as you are in the moment.
Where: Spielraum, Marchlewskistraße 33, 10243 Friedrichshain (near Frankfurter Tor/ Weberwiese - U5, M10). The door opens directly to the street.
When: Monday 30. March 2026, 19:15-21:30. The doors open at 19:10pm.
Cost: 25-35 Euros
What to bring: Bring warm socks or slippers, a journal and a pen, and wear comfortable clothes. We will provide yoga cushions, tea, and snacks.
