During the holidays and other meaningful moments, grief can show up unexpectedly, whether from the loss of someone you loved, a complicated relationship, or a major life change. It can bring a mix of emotions, including sadness, anger, or confusion. There is no “right” way to grieve.This one-time, supportive session invites adults to reflect on their grief, connect with others, and discover practical ways to care for themselves through the holidays and beyond.
