Join us in the Channing Memorial Church Parish Hall for a compassionate and insightful presentation on one of life's most challenging experiences. Grief and loss touch us all, yet talking about these profound experiences can feel overwhelming whether we're walking through our own journey or supporting someone we love.Julie Maraziti, Bereavement Coordinator at Visiting Nurse Home and Hospice, will guide us through understanding grief, navigating its complex journey, and learning how to show up authentically for ourselves and others during times of loss.
This gentle yet informative session offers a safe space to explore difficult emotions and discover practical ways to provide meaningful support. Whether you're currently experiencing grief, have supported others through loss, or simply want to be better prepared for life's inevitable transitions, this presentation will offer valuable insights and tools.
