A 75 minute parent and child workshop where you will be introduced to practices including yoga, yoga therapy, focussed breathing, EFT and HeartMath. Supporting a greater awareness of how both fear and anxiety present and how to mobilise it in the body. Encouraging the body, mind and heart to reinstate feelings of calm and contentment. 🌊Tools to guide both yourself and your child through the release of fear and anxiety before moving into sensations of safety and harmony will be delivered in a play-based and uplifting experience.
