We’ll explore:

Not Knowing: Reframing uncertainty as fertile ground for growth and possibility.
Inner Knowing: Tuning into that quiet, intuitive clarity that leads you when logic can’t.

Together, we’ll practice releasing what no longer serves, embracing the spaciousness of the unknown, and listening inward to the whispers that guide us. You’ll leave with practices and perspective to not only lead through change with resilience, but with openness, intention, and strategies to ensure that you and your team emerge stronger.
