Navigating a S&OP Transformation – Webinar con Jennifer Krueger

Jennifer Krueger has been developing her huge experience in Planning in complex markets, first at Ulta Beauty (the largest specialty beauty retailer in the US) and currently at Light & Wonder (a global gaming manufacturer). She will share her experiences and highlight some key areas of change management and process.

Jennifer was a keynote speaker at CSCMP EDGE 2026 in Washington DC on S&OP.

Jennifer Krueger, Vice President, Global Planning & Purchasing

As Vice President, Global Planning & Purchasing for Light & Wonder, Jennifer leads the global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and drives the overall supply chain strategy for the land-based casino business. She is responsible for demand planning, supply planning, purchasing, and inventory management.

Prior to Light & Wonder, Jennifer led S&OP for Ulta Beauty, directing the centralized management of operational planning and merchandise flow through the omnichannel network. She held various roles at DSC Logistics in Operations Excellence and Business Development supporting CPG customers. Jennifer assumed several roles of increasing responsibility at Caterpillar Logistics Services in Business Development and Account Management for customers in aerospace and mining industries.

Additionally, Jennifer served in the United States Army as a Logistics Officer, culminating in an assignment as a Company Commander. She completed deployments to both Afghanistan and Iraq.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the College of William and Mary. She completed her Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
