This is the third workshop of our Sales Accelerator. It helps you understand the structure of the sales funnel and how to optimise each stage to move customers from awareness to purchase. You will learn how to identify the strongest sales channels for your business, avoid common mistakes, and apply experimentation techniques that improve your conversion rates. It gives you the clarity and tools to create a predictable, repeatable sales process.

Sales Accelerator programme is a 12‑week journey consisting of 6 expert‑led workshops. You may attend the full programme or join individual workshops depending on your needs. The programme supports founders to improve their sales capability by providing structured learning, practical tools, and real examples.
