It’s a full-body, mind-resetting, confidence-boosting day designed for people who genuinely live (or are curious about) the naturist lifestyle.
A day to slow down, breathe properly, move freely and exist exactly as you are. No judgement, no expectations, no awkwardness.

🧠 Mindful meditation, visualisation & controlled breathing
✏️ Life drawing — pose, draw, or do both (your choice, always)

📸 Nude portrait shoot — tasteful, empowering, body-positive
Everything is optional. Nothing is rushed.

This retreat is about comfort in your own skin, creative expression and shared respect whether you’re experienced in naturism or stepping into a safe, supportive space for the first time.
