Nature’s Path: A Guided Therapeutic Forest Walk

Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) is a mindful, immersive experience in nature designed to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance well-being. Through this guided walk, you will slow down, awaken your senses, and develop a deeper connection with the natural world.

Meet in front of the Environmental Education Center

Led by Certified Forest Therapy Guide Donna Mansbart, this 1.5-hour guided experience includes:

• A gentle, mindful walk through the forest
• A personal journal & pen for reflections
• A tea ceremony to close the experience

Please Bring:

• Towel, yoga mat, or portable cushion
• Plenty of water
• Sunscreen & bug repellent
• Weather-appropriate clothing
• Comfortable shoes
