This class will be a peaceful slow flow style: This class is a deliberate and slow paced Vinyasa flow with a twist. It’s mindful and dynamic and sometimes incorporates mini pranayamas and mediations along with the asanas. It can be ideal for yogis just starting off or for those who want to hone in on their practice and postures. Remember, slow doesn’t necessarily mean easy. A fun class that’s a mental and physical treat. The class will take place on the Indian River Lagoon beach, weather permitting. The class will be moved indoors if necessary.
