Mindfulness Mondays at Nouveau Chapeau will allow space/time for open discussions about self-care and wellness topics that will support your personal growth and help to strengthen your ability to reconnect with your authentic self.
This session will focus on what essential oils are, their benefits, and how to use them. The session will include a presentation, interactive Q&A time and samples for each participant.
Participants may want to bring a pen/journal. Private shopping opportunity from 6:15pm - 6:55pm. Session begins promptly at 7:00pm.
