About this Event

Hike and learn in Maitland.

The Maitland Parks and Recreation Department is partnering with Wekiwa Springs State Park to host monthly hiking classes at Maitland Community Park, 1400 Mayo Ave.

The first class from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, will take participants on a hike around the park to explore “Flavorful Fauna: Edible Florida Plants”. Admission is free.

Bring a refillable water bottle and cool clothing.
