Enjoy a range of nurturing activities with plenty of opportunity to just relax and build connections with nature. Enjoy a nourishing lunch and nutritious snacks throughout the day. What can I expect?
A Woodland Wellbeing Nature.Nurture.Nourish Day Retreat will normally last for around six hours. They take place in the natural beauty of Staunton Country Park (just south of Petersfield, Hampshire). You will be welcomed by Kate, and get to meet the rest of the group before heading into the woods for the first session of the day. Sessions naturally merge into one another guided by the ebb and flow of the day.
Kate is a Shirin Yoko Practitioner, Mindful Nutrition Advocate, Qualified Chef with Level 3 Food Safety and Allergen Management, Outdoor First Aid Qualified and a MHFAider.
