Nature Yoga: Sunset New Moon Yin

Join us for a healing and slow yin practice as the sun sets on the Mill Creek MetroParks Farm. Yin yoga is a slow, mindful practice that invites the body to hold poses for extended periods so that the body can release tension and toxins. Beginners welcomed!

Wild You and Cosmic Honey are proud to present nature yoga! You're probably familiar with yoga, but have you ever tried it outside? Practicing yoga outdoors has a multitude of benefits. It provides fresh air, vitamin D, the peaceful sounds of nature, and beautiful views you can't find in a studio. It also cultivates a deeper connection to yourself, nature, and the universe being immersed in it. Each session is led by instructor Ash Kollar and held at different outdoor locations in local parks.

WHERE: Meet at the Mill Creek MetroParks Farm 7574 Columbiana-Canfield Rd. Canfield, Ohio 44406. Meet at the picnic tables at the back of the parking lot. See map.

DETAILS: Sunscreen, water, sunglasses, a yoga mat, and a towel for under your mat are recommended.
