Meet Lindsey at the picturesque Hickory Run State Park for a soul-nourishing experience combining 🧘🏽 physical practice

aiming to capture the beauty and grace of your yoga practice while connecting with nature and community.
We will begin with a simple grounding and gentle stretches to get our bodies warmed up for movement. Followed by a short walk pausing for guided poses and photos.
This is perfect for all - from beginner yogis to experienced! Each participant will receive at least 10 images. All proceeds will go directly to Spooky Lou’s Kitty Rescue of Freeland. 🐾
Lindsey is a certified yoga instructor and a hobby-photographer practicing each for over 10 years.
