FREE, registration is requiredDiscover the power of technology in nature! During this program, participants will get a step-by-step introduction to the iNaturalist app. including how to create an account, take clear wildlife photos, and upload observations. After the short tutorial, we will head into the park for a mini BioBlitz, a fun and fast-paced biodiversity challenge where we work together to find and document as many species as possible within a set area and time.
Whether you are an avid nature lover or just curious about the world around you, this event offers a great way to sharpen your observation skills, connect with nature, and join a global community of citizen scientists!
Participants should have a device that will allow app downloading for the full experience.
