2. Explore how the Elements of Earth, Water and Fire strives to be expressed through our bodies.
3. Creative visualizations inspired by Nature's dynamic interactions, you will be guided into the experience of the subtle qualities which the Nature Elements provide within us.
4. Sound healing : sound bath through the tradiational Tibetan singing bowl into a state of calm and clarity.

5. Followed by a dance party to connect with like-minded souls and elevate your spiritual practice. Awaken your spirit, nourish your soul, and embrace the beauty of your inner light.
