Nature Scavenger Hunt at the Upper Newport Bay

Get ready this memorial day weekend for a FUN all ages Nature Scavenger Hunt, put on by Newport Bay Conservancy. Prizes awarded to every participant who completes a scavenger sheet with a stamp for each area they found!

The FUN begins and ends at the Peter and Mary Muth Interpretive Center. Kick off is 9am, and the event concludes at 11am.

The day will consist of a trail of interactive tables to be “found”, views for miles, a craft making table, several learning posts as well as lots of things to absorb, see & enjoy. You may even learn a bat or two, pun intended! Lots of fun to be had for all!

Please come prepared with sunscreen, a hat, water, and good comfortable shoes to hike around in.
