Explore the connections between moss and the body through a MELT Method workshop guided by Maryann Wohlwend.
About this Event

Inspired by Robin Wall Kimmerer's Gathering Moss, this workshop will explore the connections between the human body and nature around us, specifically, moss.

We will explore these concepts while using the myofascial release technique, MELT Method, on your own hands and feet. The foundation for this technique is based on rehydrating fascia, the connective tissue that science research is just realizing plays a vital role in mobility, stability, and performance. When fascia is dehydrated, joints become achy and stiff like water damned along a river which leads to many of the chronic pain in our bodies.

Certified MELT Method hand + foot instructor, Maryann Wohlwend, will guide participants through a relaxing and rejuvinating morning to help you feel more connected to yourself and nature.

No experience necessary! Learn more about Melt Method here: MELT Method
