About this Event

Program Description

Join us for a 90-minute Nature Rx experience exploring how slowing down and paying attention to the little things can help cultivate gratitude in our everyday lives.

We'll begin indoors with a brief introduction to the science of gratitude and its benefits for well-being. Then, we'll venture outdoors to engage our senses, look a little closer, and discover the tiny wonders of nature that often go unnoticed. We'll return indoors for reflection and explore simple ways to bring these micro moments of gratitude into our daily lives.

  • Discover how practicing gratitude can support emotional well-being and resilience.
  • Experience the benefits of slowing down and connecting with nature.
  • Practice mindful awareness by noticing nature's smallest details.
  • Learn simple ways to recognize and appreciate micro moments of gratitude in everyday life.
  • Leave with practical tools for cultivating gratitude beyond the session.
