Nature Preschool: Turtles

Join us for an educational and entertaining program all about turtles! Kids will explore the beauty of the Lily Pond while learning all about what makes these reptiles unique. Hands-on experiences include meeting real turtles and creating a craft to take home.

WHERE: The Lily Pond in Mill Creek MetroParks - Meet at the picnic tables in the field to the left of the parking lot.

DETAILS: Nature Preschool offers an exciting and immersive way for young children to discover and connect with the natural world around them. These programs cover different monthly topics and may include stories, crafts, outdoor activities, and free play. We welcome children of all abilities and learning styles.

We use local parks as our classroom and will be outside 100% of the time. We believe getting kids outside in all kinds of weather throughout the year is important. Please ensure that your child is appropriately dressed for the weather and prepared to get a little dirty.

Our programs fill up fast! We would like to remind you of the importance of canceling your order or notifying us if you are unable to attend our programs. If the program is full, there are usually children on the waitlist who would like the opportunity to participate in this experience. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, as they help us better serve all participants. Thank you!
