Join us for a truly relaxing and transformational women’s wellbeing retreat in the serene beauty that is the NSW Southern Highlands. During this 2-night, 3-day experience, designed specifically for women seeking rejuvenation, self-discovery and calm, you’ll experience the healing power of horses and nature, and a deeper connection to yourself.
Imagine being immersed in the peace of nature, with the gentle nuzzling of horses, cuddles from dogs, and the whisper of the wind gifting you the opportunity for much needed time out and renewal. This retreat offers a safe space in which you nervous system will to relax and reset, allowing healing. It’s a shared journey with a group of like-minded women, all seeking a profound experience and to bathe in presencing and grounding.

This Retreat is for active, animal-loving women who crave time in nature, but feel trapped by the demands of city life and family commitments.
In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it’s easy to lose touch with our inner selves and the natural world. This weekend offers the perfect opportunity to step away from the busyness and immerse yourself in a nurturing environment focused on healing and transformation.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
🌿 Immersive Experiences: Outdoors nature-based activities including 3 unique, ground-based sessions with horses, bush walk, evening fire pit gathering
🌿 Fully catered nourishing meals: Enjoy delicious, organic, wholesome meals prepared with love, designed to nourish your body and soul (3 lunch, 2 breakfast, 2 dinner)
🌿 2 nights in Gorgeous Unique Accommodation: Relax in cosy, beautifully appointed rooms that offer a restful escape from the outside world (bed linen & towels included. Further details below)
