During these Nature Mindfulness Walks, participants will be led through a series of mindfulness practices in and around the conservatory.
About this Event

During these Nature Mindfulness Walks, participants will be led through a series of mindfulness practices to cultivate present moment awareness, awe, and an appreciation of plants and the natural world. Walks will include indoor and outdoor components to highlight the wonderful plants within the Conservatory and the wonderful setting surrounding the Conservatory. The mindfulness walks will be led by a trained mindfulness teacher and ecologist, Sarah C. Low.
