Learn the basics of nature journaling with RAD artist, Sue Dolamore, in this hands-on, beginner-friendly workshop. You’ll practice simple techniques for sketching plants, capturing details, and organizing your observations using words and drawings. We’ll work directly with plant material in the nursery, making it easy to continue the practice at home or in your garden. All skill levels welcome.

Your ticket includes these art supplies to use during the workshop and then take home for future nature journaling:

• Mechanical Pencil
• Sakura Pigma Micron Pen, Black, .05
• Prang Professional Watercolor Set, 8 colors
• Canson XL Series 7 x 10" Mix Media Pad, Rough Texture, 50 sheets

About Sue Dolamore: A Western North Carolina artist and nature journaler, Sue uses sketching and watercolor to explore the natural world. With a background in education, she teaches relaxed, beginner-friendly classes that help students slow down, observe closely, and record what they see with confidence.
