Join Becky from ‘Our Wild Edges’ for a nurturing monthly wellbeing morning centered around nature journaling. You’ll create and personalise your own journal on your first visit, then bring it along to each session as it grows and evolves with you. You can drop in each month or attend a one-off workshop.
Becky will guide you with thoughtful prompts for self-reflection and connection to the natural spaces around us, helping you capture the changing seasons in your journal. While there will be gentle opportunities to observe and identify local flora and fauna, the focus is on slowing down, noticing how we feel, and deepening our relationship with the natural world.
Over the course of the year, your journal will become a unique, personal treasure—filled with sketches, doodles, poetry, pressed flowers, leaf rubbings, photos, and countless other creative expressions that reflect your journey.
We’ll explore a variety of beautiful spots within the Gardens and National Nature Reserve, with gentle strolls and mindful practices designed to help you truly connect with the stunning landscape.
What’s included:
Your own nature journal, all materials, and refreshments.
Weather note:
If conditions are poor, we have comfortable indoor spaces to shelter while we create.
