Learn about one of Missouri's icons: the White-Tailed Deer! In this lesson, explorers will learn about our native deer from head-to-hoof alongside their related deer cousins. From facts such as how deer were on the brink of extinction to their habit of chewing on bones, there's much to discover about these antlered beauties. Explorers will also get to handle real antlers and learn how to size and score them.
