Nature Explorers at Panshanger Park

Join us for exciting monthly sessions where young explorers (ages 8–12) can develop outdoor skills, spark curiosity about the natural world, and enjoy hands-on adventures in the beautiful surroundings of Panshanger Park.

Each session offers something new – from games and nature-based activities to practical skills and guided exploration – all led by our team of trained volunteers.

February’s session will focus on Elm Trees, where children will learn how to identify elms, explore their role in local wildlife habitats, discover the history of elm trees in the UK, and take part in fun, nature-based activities.
