Fall is in the air…! Join us each and every Saturday at the Trailside Nature Center for a variety of nature themed programming. All free – and FUN! All programs either meet or take place at the Trailside Nature Center.

October 11th – Fall Fest (12:00 – 4:00 PM)
Burnet Woods Park Advisory Council invites you to an afternoon pumpkin carving and decorating event including live music, games, nature education and exhibits, face painting, a magician, and a food truck. It’s a family-friendly, and all-inclusive event, as we celebrate fall and all it has to offer.
October 18th – Trailside Travels II: Warbler Trail & The Temple of Doom
Need an excuse to get outside and get some exercise? Look no further! Every month, we’ll be picking a new path through Burnet Woods, learning plant and animal identification, and diving into some history around the park.
October 25th – CinciNaturalists II: Winds of Change
All ages; beginner-intermediate knowledge level.
Ever wanted to become an expert on the outdoors and its history in Ohio? Join us for this new program series exploring a new topic each month, how naturalists communicate it to the public, and what makes it so vital to our environment. This week we’ll explore what nature is doing to get ready for winter, like changing her leaves, prepping for hibernation, or caching food. Be ready to hike!
