Nature Connection Workshop for Women

Capture the resurging energy of Spring at this half-day women’s nature connection event co-hosted by The Nature Nurse, PLLC & FigMint Farm. Immerse yourself in this unique natural oasis featuring a pond trail, herb garden, and specially cultivated pine grove. Learn and experience nature-based practices that you can utilize to help yourself feel calmer, grounded, joyful, creative, and intentional.

Itinerary:

9AM: Unearth Your True Nature Workshop

Susan Allison-Dean, Board Certified Advanced Holistic Nurse and CEO/Founder of The Nature Nurse, PLLC, will guide you through a series of nature practices backed by Western Science and/or Traditional Medicine that will tap into all six of your senses. Discover what practices work best for YOU and understand why they work.

11:30: Lunch

We’ll dive deeper into the sense of taste with a specially prepared taste sensory experience followed by a delightful buffet lunch created by Sassool. For those unfamiliar with Sassool, it is one of the Triangle’s favorite food destinations. They offer the freshest variety of Lebanese Mediterranean cuisine prepared with passion! FigMint Farm is their new event location. We know you will love it!

1PM: Conclusion Session:

We’ll spend this last hour reflecting on the day and identifying key takeaways that participants can take with them to utilize as part of their Healthy Lifestyle Toolkit. You will receive further resources to learn more about the practice of Nature Connection, and time will be allowed for questions.
