Welcome to our Nature Connection Retreat Day
Date: Sunday 19th May, 2024
Location: Vallis Farm, Frome Somerset UK
Join us for a day filled with tranquility and reconnection with nature. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the surroundings as you participate in guided and solitary nature walks, meditation sessions, and nature-based mindfulness activities.
The day will include:
* nature connection and mindfulness practices
*Discussion and exploration on topics around nature-based mindfulness and wellbeing
* Time for self reflection and gentle self enquiry
* Sharing stories and experiences in a warm and welcoming group.
*All refreshments plus a delicious, nourishing hot meal.
The day will be lead by Barbara Gonzalez, nature connection facilitator and eco-counsellor, and Tom Veck mindfulness teacher. All profits go towards our community enterprise, Better Nature Ecotherapy CIC, making therapeutic, nature based services accessible and affordable for all.
We offer our simple retreat days on a generous sliding scale because we believe that everyone should be able to give themselves this experience.
